PRIVATE - Tuscan Garden and Bee Experience with lunch
Understanding agriculture to understand the wine is the premise we will be working with during this experience. We thought of giving our guests access to the true beating heart of our agricultural project. This is the ideal way to have you “touch” our values: Visiting our synergic biodynamic garden, meeting on our animals, and understanding how they enrich our environment, all of this will be carried out as a learning game designed for adults but also for families with kids. Understanding seasons through their products, all cultivated according to sustainable practices now long forgotten by the modern farming industry.
Don’t worry, we’ll dress you up in farmer clothing from head to toe, so you’ll feel like one of us and we won’t feel bad if you get dirty!
The Bee Experience includes a visit to the little bee house that we specifically built to observe how the hierarchical structure of a beehive works, learn a bit about the role of the beekeeper, and finally taste the different types of honey we produce.

PRIVATE - BRUNELLO DI MONTALCINO BIKE TOUR
The bike tour in the Brunello wine region starts from Montalcino, riding on paved and unpaved roads, through vineyards and woods. Along the route we'll visit the abbey of Sant'Antimo, the most significant architectural monuments of Romanesque style and wonderful example of monastic building of the early twelfth century. During the bike tour we'll stop in a local winery where the Brunello production process is explained: growing, harvesting, vinification, aging, bottling and trade. After the visit of the cellar, you will taste the World famous Brunello wine together with a selection of local cold cuts and cheese.
