DAY 1:
Private transfer from Florence Airport to your selected Accommodation in Florence.
This afternoon you will be welcomed in one of the oldest Enoteca in the city of Florence, located in the heart of the historic center, a stone's throw from Piazza Duomo. Since its opening in the 1950s it has always been a family business belonging to the Alessi family. Surrounded by a familiar environment and seated among cases of thousands of wines, you will enjoy your first toast in this wonderful city of art while discovering the oenological excellence of Tuscany.
DAY 2:
Today you will meet one of our famous and charismatic chefs and learn how to cook a nice Tuscan meal in the heart of Florence! A little walk to the Central Market for grocery shopping and then you will start putting your hands on the ingredients to create your own meal, driven by the expert guidance of our Chefs and then you will obviously eat the meal you prepared yourself, accompanied with two glasses of a selection of Chianti wine and get your Graduation Certificate! Balance of the day will be on your own to enjoy the city
DAY 3:
Today it will be all around on local food and the intent of our gourmet walking tour is precisely to make you feel like real "Florentines" by visiting some historic cafes and food shops frequented daily by the locals. We will end up at the covered food market of San Lorenzo where on the second floor there are restaurants that satisfy even the most demanding food lovers and where you can have a great lunch!
Balance of the day will be on your own to keep discovering this part of the city.

PRIVATE - A ROMANTIC PRIVATE BOAT TRIPWITH A TUSCAN APERITIF ALONG THE ARNO RIVER
Meeting with a private skipper at Ponte delle Grazie in Florence for an evening private boat trip along the Arno River on board a historic boat handled by the so-called “Renaioli”, similar to Venetian gondoliers! Thanks
to those noiseless crafts, pushed by the Renaioli with long poles or stalks without any oars, you will enjoy a one-hour’s length navigation passing under the bridges of the city, above all under the worldwide known Ponte Vecchio and its Vasari Corridor! You will appreciate both sides of Florence dotted with impressive civic monuments and religious complexes, such as the Uffizi Gallery and the Church of S. Jacopo sopr’Arno and all the palaces and towers that characterize the stretch of the river up to Ponte Santa Trinità. Then on to Ponte alla Carraia, admiring the
majestic Palazzo Corsini; everything will be illuminated by the last warm sunrays, or the twilight will close in on you and on everything. During that romantic experience you will enjoy the quiet atmosphere at sunset, sipping a rich aperitif on board with some Tuscan red or white wine (Chianti DOCG or Bolgheri or Vermentino or Vernaccia) and with some finger-food (bread with truffles, “schiacciata” with tomatoes and buffalo mozzarella, a sandwich with “Capocollo” with extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar and some fruit.
