PRIVATE - Mozzarella Making Class with a Master Cheesemaker

The Mozzarella Making Class is a new experience, an immersion into local traditions, centered around the guests and their needs. It is perfect to combine with any other cooking school experience, enhancing and completing the gastronomic journey while exploring and discovering the true local flavors.

Accompanied by an expert local guide, the master cheesemaker will introduce guests to the main ingredients used in making mozzarella, caciocavallo, and caciottina, including rennet and curd. Guests will get hands-on, actively participating in the production of our cheeses.
