PRIVATE - The senses into play - Olive Oil Tasting in Assisi

Guests will be guided through the Decimi oil mill, discover the various stages of production, and, with an engaging sensory tasting session, learn to recognize the distinctive characteristics of an excellent oil. They will then test their palates with bruschetta and fresh vegetables to pair with the 4 oils
tasted, even playing with pairing oil with ice cream! To finish there will be a
tasting of our oil spreads.
