PRIVATE - COOKING CLASS AND LUNCH IN AGRITURISMO
During this experience you will learn to prepare the typical Sardinian pasta with a local expert. You will first visit the farm and its family museum.
Enjoy then a welcome drink and start with the cooking class, during which you will learn how to prepare the traditional “Fregula”: Sardinian pasta.
After the cooking class you will enjoy a lunch under the olive trees including appetizer of cured meats, cheeses and vegetables, Fregula with seasonal sauce, dessert, water, wine, coffee and digestif.
