A visit to the production facility with the opportunity to observe the processing of Parma Ham.
The tour takes about 30-40 minutes and after that Guests will be served a platter of assorted cured meats with 2 slices of Parma Ham, 1 slice of Dolce Culatta, 2 slices of Prosciutto Fiocco, breadsticks, a glass of white wine and water.
Saturday and Sunday are holidays when it is not possible to watch the processing in progress-but we go from cell to cell to see the transformation of the product and better understand what we explain about the production process.

As you arrive you will be welcomed by our truffle dogs (Lagotto Romagnolo) Trilli, Maya and Ludo, hard workers and part of our family!
We'll start the hunting from our truffle farm and continue into the surrounding woods. Immersed in the nature of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines (we are 1 hour drive from the amazing Parma Food Valley and 1 hour drive from La Spezia/Cinque Terre and 1:30 drive from Milan), our dogs will lead you to the truffles, which you'll dig out with your own hands.
Depending on the season, we can find black summer truffles or fall truffles.
The truffle hunting can last between an hour and an hour and a half (it will depend on how much we manage to find!) and will end with a lunch (or dinner) depending on the start time. You'll taste our truffles (the very fresh ones you'll find with the dogs) and our homemade truffle products, all freshly cooked by "chef" Laura :)
It will be a one in a lifetime and unforgettable experience with locals, we promise! :)
